Why a template
In all honesty, we don't like templates as they give people a false idea about what the court is looking for. But as most claims are templates themselves, you can use them to (a) stop gettimg a default CCJ and (b) make the parking company work for their fee and (c) more importantly buy yourself some time to get your case together or get a deal.
If you are concerned about a claim or you have a date to go to court then contact us and we will see if we can steer your case to a successful resolution without having to go to court. There is a high chance you do not need to. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the Claims Help form here.
